Terms and Conditions: PaintballersConnect is a social website designed to assist players with the ability to set up profiles. By installing your profile, you are entering into a relationship with PaintballersConnect. I. Privacy Your privacy is very important to us. Your information will never be sold or given to any other web site through our administration. II. Sharing Any Items You post on PaintballersConnect You own all of the content and information you post on PaintballersConnect. In addition: a. Content like photos and videos ("IP content"), once you have posted, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any IP content that you post on or in connection with PaintballersConnect. This IP License becomes void when you delete your account unless your content has been shared with others, and they have not deleted it. We do not have control over what is stored in any other computers. b. When you delete your profile with all of the information that you have installed, you understand that removed content may persist in backup copies for a reasonable period of time (but will not be available to others). c. When you fill out a profile and then publish that content or information using the "everyone" setting, it means that you are allowing everyone, including people off of PaintballersConnect, to access and use that information, and to associate it with you (i.e., your name and profile picture). III. Safety We strive to keep PaintballersConnect safe, but we cannot offer any guarantees. The following commitments are what we ask of our users to assist in keeping the site safe and friendly: a. Spam is not permitted, and to post is against the PaintballersConnect policy. b. To collect users' content or information, or otherwise access PaintballersConnect, using automated means (such as robots, harvesting bots, spiders, or scrapers) is against PaintballersConnect policy. c. Unlawful multi-level marketing, such as a pyramid scheme, on PaintballersConnect is against our policy. d. To upload viruses or any malicious code to PaintballersConnect is against policy. e. Accessing an account belonging to someone else is against the PaintballersConnect policy f. To bully or intimidate any other user on PaintballersConnect will result in a ban of your IP. g. Any post that is hateful, discriminatory, threatening, or pornographic; incites violence; or contains nudity or graphic or violence will result in a ban of your IP address. h. PaintballersConnect will not accept any profile containing alcohol-related or other mature content (including advertisements). i. To do anything unlawful, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory will result in notification to the proper authorities and a ban of your IP address. IV. Account Security for Your Safety PaintballersConnect users provide their real names and information and it is important to maintain account security. In order to insure this takes place it is also important for everyone to abide by the following guidelines: a. It is required that you use your real name and information on PaintballersConnect, and you are not allowed to set up an account for anyone other than yourself. b. Only 1 personal profile per person is allowed. c. You must be at least 13 years of age to use PaintballersConnect. d. Convicted sex offenders are not allowed to use PaintballersConnect due to the age limit listed above. e. We ask that you keep your contact information accurate and up-to-date. f. Do not share your password or allow anyone else to log into your account, place information on the site on your behalf or attempt to imposter you. V. Protecting Other People's Rights It is important to protect other people’s rights. a. It is a violation to post on PaintballersConnect anything that will infringe on someone else's rights. b. PaintballersConnect will remove any material that we believe violates other’s rights or is illegal in any shape , form or fashion. c. It is a violation to post any other person’s identification documents,( such as Social Security number, Drivers License number or others) or any sensitive financial information on PaintballersConnect. Our Goal is provide a quality product that will allow users to benefit from the information that is posted on the PaintballersConnect web site. It is intended for use of individuals and companies to gain access to the world of Paintball and we want to keep a safe and friendly environment. In order to make that happen, we need your help. Please abide by the rules and regulations listed in the terms and conditions listed above.
